Daryl James Kaiser, 36, was driving a 2002 Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle north on county road north-south 410, near Oklahoma 20, when he failed to negotiate a curve at a high rate of speed, according to an accident report. Kaiser was involved in an incident June 6 in which part of I-244 was shut down near Lewis Avenue during a standoff with police, in which he was standing in a precarious position on the bridge and refusing to communicate with crisis personnel, according to police statements and court documents.
