The ideal candidate needs to be an honest, motivated and hardworking professional with a sound knowledge and interest in data management and strong communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will become a key member of both the East African team as well as the greater Operations team, which is based in South Africa, and be responsible for liaising with the data providers and ensuring that the data is received, captured and processed, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of information to our clients on an ongoing basis. Key areas of RESPONSIBILITY include; •Data Source/Client interaction and engagement via e-mail, phone and face to face •Initial data checking and loading into our platform •Data troubleshooting •Checking of reports and assistance with the monthly delivery of reporting frameworks to end users •Data management process optimisation and ongoing productivity refinements The desired SKILLS & EXPERIENCE include; Two years’ experience in data management or operations. Sound interpersonal skills and experience in working with computers and proficiency in the Microsoft Office product suite.
