Potential Beneficiaries of the Housing Program as provided by Kapasiyahan Blg 01 Taon 2014 INTRODUCTION: The community survey focuses on securing available data of the affected residents/families due to the road widening project of the DPWH to serve as basis for the determination of the shelter needs and identification as well of target beneficiaries of the LGU Housing Program (refer also to Kapasiyahan Blg. 01 Taon 2014 for the set guidelines). The total respondents (head of the family) served is 282 as of this date for the target Barangays Sulib, Natividad, Isla and Balian, Pangil, Laguna. Three more respondents coming from Brgy Balian will still have to be forwarded due to the latter respondents unavailability during the conduct of the survey which was done in collaboration with the coordinators-survey team of PUDHO (Provincial Urban Development and Housing Office), Sta. Cruz, Laguna namely Zolan Bernardino, Luisito Maghari, Carlo Olivar, and Fidel Oiña in close coordination with the Barangay Officials of the respective barangays. Prepared by: Loren V. Poverty Threshold and Poverty Incidence- include basic non-food needs such as clothing, housing, transportation, health and educational expenses. (For individual income, a Filipino needed at least PhP1604 to stay out of poverty). Food Threshold and Subsistence Incidence- minimum income required to meet food needs and satisfy nutritional requirements set by FNRI (Food and Nutrition Research Institute) to ensure one remains economically and socially productive. (For individual income, a Filipino needed at least P1118. to meet his/her monthly food needs). B.
