Parklands College is an Apple 1:1 and Google Apps school. The successful candidate will enjoy working within a stimulating and innovative teaching and learning environment, surrounded by superior technology and facilities. Parklands has changed the way in which it delivers ICT training by incorporating modern tools in order to expose learners to new and exciting technologies. Successful candidates: - must be qualified to assume responsibility for the delivery and further development of the ICT curriculum - must be experienced in teaching the following software suites e.g. iLife, iWorks and Google Apps - must be experienced in teaching Apple OSX, iOS and iLife Apps - must be experienced in teaching Adobe products e.g. Photoshop - must be conversant and display a progressive approach to teaching and learning - must be able to make a contribution to the ICT co-curricular programme - must be able work with other educators in order to integrate ICT skills into their subjects and syllabi - may have experience teaching web design software applications - may have experience with delivering staff professional development Suitably qualified and experienced candidates should submit their CV along with a covering letter to [email protected] by no later than 3 October 2014.
