Dress: Business Casual NEW Cost: $38.00 per person (plus handling fee of $1.94 for a person total cost of $39.94) Details: The per person costs covers the cost of the room rental, band, photographer, light hors d’oeuvres, coffee, water and iced tea. There will be a cash bar. NEW VENUE! All please note that we will have this establishment to ourselves! Meaning it will not be open to the public; it will ONLY be open to our class! Plus, moving to this location allows us to enjoy the fabulous and fun music of the Heather Stones! This is a band featuring some of our classmates! Details for the evening: From 7:00p.m. – 9:00p.m., we will have the lights up and softer music for visiting and some fun photo opportunities we have planned. At 9:00p.m., the lights come down, and the band comes on, and we bring back the funky moves that made us famous! This venue allows us more flexibility in food and beverages, plus a much more reasonable bar and beverage selection with additional wait staff. Beginning at 11:00p.m., we will have 10/10 Taxi Service available to ensure all our classmates get home safely – individuals are responsible for their own fare of $10/person [Have someone drop you off, and tuck $10 into your sock; you know the drill. ;) ]. Reservations: Per the security agreement, you will still need a ticket for our event. There will be VERY limited ticket sales that night; the price is the same either way. Please run down your gang and encourage them to come. They can go directly to the eventbrite registration without going through Facebook. If you know of someone not on facebook please message us their contact information, and we will ensure they are informed. • Picture files: The main thing we need some help with is the yearbook pictures transferred to a digital format. If you can help with this, please let us know. Otherwise, there will be a very few of us scanning a bunch of pictures. If you were on yearbook staff and know of an easier way, PLEASE speak up! • GET YOUR TICKETS NOW!!! This is the biggest help of all! The reunion committee is personally floating some significant down payments and space-hold monies. • Name tags or buttons: Wendy Culmsee (Mrs. Gwen Basham) will be leading the efforts and would welcome help with the buttons or name tag project like last time (those of us with waning memories will appreciate those name tags)! Please let us know if this is the project for you! • Middle School Signs: We’ve had request for photos with groups from the same feeder schools – many of which no longer exist – Milburn! So, if you don’t mind making some cute signs for group photos, let us know. Barbie Wade (Mrs. Barb McCormick) has volunteered to take the lead on these signs; please let us know if you’d like to help. Remember, these reunions only work when our friends show up!
