Ques: Anambra State total indebtedness according to the DMO Abuja as at Dec 2007 is about N1.2 billion. How can you justify Gov. Peter Obis plan to borrow N15 billion to finance only 2008 budget? Obi is sitting on the over N400 million, for no reasons whatsoever.
