Dating is a lost art,and this is not a post about dating people, its about life- careers, arts, sport, schools, religion, other services, how the concept could work ... How many choices are made haphazardly, to please others, under pressure, peer pressure? Romantically, Ive always know theres one love for me out there, and I waited 42 years before I found that love. Everything else, I am still trying to figure it out, life... Metaphorically, how stifling the mentality where, if you went out on a date with someone you were automatically a couple and unable to extricate yourself without hurting someone. Whats wrong with trying many different shoes on for size and fit before committing. It seems to be a lost art, but there is no surer way to learn about others, our preferences, and ourselves, professional and personal alike, and end up with a stronger commitment for it.
