Dave Murrays Latest STL forecast and weather disco…WEDNESDAY…May 7, 2014 *** Quiet weather stays with us until Thursday night and Friday..that is when thunderstorms come back in the picture.*** *** My summer forecast for STL..Thursday night...May 15th and 9pm on Fox 2*** *** StormFest...Saturday May 17th 11am to 1pm...see facebook posting below*** WEDNESDAY: Partly sunny…mild to warm again...Windy WINDS: South 15-30 M.P.H. HIGH: 87 degrees WEDNESDAY NIGHT: Partly cloudy skies…warm and breezy WINDS: South 10-20 M.P.H. LOW: 68 degrees THURSDAY: Partly sunny, mild to warm...more humid...some increase in clouds during the afternoon WINDS: South 15-30 M.P.H. HIGH: 87 degrees Scattered storms for Thursday night and Friday…the focus on Thursday night. THE WEATHER DISCO: Little change going on...the patetrn is really moving in slow motion...Pure spring time weather in place…really late spring and almost summer pattern…temperatures running a good 10 degrees above average...day and night…a large trough and its cold front come into play Thursday night and Friday…with scattered thunderstorms…thinking there will be a few strong to severe storms…but not looking like a widespread outbreak at this stage of the game....slightly cool...but not cold for Friday and over the weekend....There are signs of a bit of an unsettled weather pattern starting Sunday...thinking alot of this will hold off until next week.
