Dave strapped himself up, popped some painkillers and decided he was good enough to try racing today (much to everyone elses concern)! Needless to say our boat handling was pretty average and we probably looked ridiculous with Dave hobbling and me with one boot on, having lost one in the incident yesterday. We started slowly with a 13 but finished strongly with a 1,3. Unfortunately, due to logic that defies us, the jury have decided not to award redress for the third race yesterday and to award the average points on the other two on the first days racing alone. That DNC is the difference between top three overall and sixth, where we currently sit. Only one more to go tomorrow but on the plus side Daves stitches are still in his foot! Ed & Dave
