David Bowie, Silly Boy Blue This is a song from an unreleased album ,although they did put it on subsequent albums Story, I was working for a large music publishing company and someone from their professional dept. heard me singing and called me into his office, I thought I was in trouble for singing , any way he said you have a good voice and we own this music to this and showed me an album cover of a guy in a pea coat with blond Beatle hair named David Jones ,that we cant move, .If you can take it home and figure out how to rearrange it, we will record you! Well I listened and liked it it sounded like a rock and roll Anthony Newley, but could not figure out how to re arrange a whole album It was beyond my musical skills at the time, .So I reluctantly passed on the deal, A year later a new album rocked the music world by a guy now named David Bowie, yes ,same guy and I had a chance to record his first album, Somebody shoot me! lol This song that I am posting was one of my favorites from that album youtu.be/4m5ypVZbEIg
