David Skeberdis was charged with hoarding 368 live birds, plus over 150 dead birds (Including budgies). Many of them were injured and all of them were malnourished. David claims to still have a dozen birds left in his condemned home. He has refused free offers of counseling. The judge is considering dropping all charges, meaning David is highly likely to repeat his offenses.
