David Thomson playing the sixteen by sixteen hardware Lambdoma. The multi touch FTS Lambdoma will let you do the same with a ten finger multi touch screen on Windows - e.g. the Surface Pro - or you can buy a ten or more finger multi touch monitor nowadays as well, at a surprisingly low price. Sadly on the Mac it only lets you play it with single touch because OSX Macs do not support multi-touch. AFAIK there is no way to use a multi touch monitor with OSX. And the method I used to get Bounce running on OSX wont work on iPad etc. However, on the Mac you can use mouse clicks to switch notes on and off - with sustain and sostenuto. Also you can play from PC keyboard which in many cases permits some polyphony of key presses, usually all diads but not all triads. Also, it has options to play this arrangement of pitches in various ways from a standard Midi keyboard as well (e.g. left half of keyboard selects the row, right half of keyboard does the playing within that row, and various other approaches). I havent yet tested that with the Mac but it should be possible.
