David was right, I finally got a response to one of the many PMs I have sent to people with similar strong SDA affiliations reflected on their personal pages, who have asked to join the group. All of these requests are from people in African countries, Mozambique, Kenya and Nigeria are represented. It seems that if English is a second language people see the SDA part of our name but not necessarily the x part. I can only imagine how confused they would be had we joined them up without any query. Dear ###### , Just wondering about your request to join the xSDA group. This group is for people who have left the Adventist church and who are dealing with all sorts of conflicts in their thinking. I notice your personal page indicates that you identify strongly as an SDA and Im just wondering if this group of people who have left the church suits where you are at the moment.
