Day 10 Friday 17-1-14. 1 = water herbal tea probiotics. 2 = pre workout oxy and coffee 3 = post workout a) water, electrolytes, magnesium spray bccass x10g 4 = post workout b) greens udos x1 protein banana 5 = 3 avocado salad udos and balsamic vinegar. - 2 SW 2 greens 1 udos x2. 6 = 3x salmon fillets 2 x eggs veggies. 7 = greens & water. ZMA x3 & EFAs x5g Loads of EFAs and pumped full of good fats protein and vitamin and minerals, This is serious now time to get shredded 2014 will be my year. Ubuntu - Strength for Life
