Dawn is out of surgery and she is fine. Doctor had to take out her spleen because of bleeding. He took out almost half of her stomach. Only took a small section of intestine and reconnected it. Did not have to reroute it. Doctor is keeping her asleep tonight and on ventilator so she wont move around. Will keep her asleep until tomorrow. Her liver is huge cause she had food in her stomach that was over a month old. It will shrink in time. I will see her in the morning as they are keeping her in recovery. She will be in ICU tomorrow. I am going to see her in morning
