What he thinks he becomes.” Sri Pingali Venkayya is a martyr lost in the mists of time. Though, his personality is not a milestone for others but it’s a lighthouse for those who want to search the best out of the life. He taught me, “The sun never stops rising just as a hero never dies.” This man was the true practitioner, who believed in sharing his knowledge with those who were deprived of opportunities to learn on their own. Venkayya was, is and will always be an inspiration for all the youth citizens of our nation. His life teaches us about dedication to work. He had an Everest of knowledge on different subjects but he was still humble and down to earth. He belonged to a poor family but did wonders;he designed our national flag. Thus, his life teaches how to face difficult situations. Sir Pingali Venkayya stands as a the symbol of creative intellect with scientific aptitude and patriotism and inspires us to be the same. He was an accomplished person on many fronts. Thus,he inspired me to excel in every field as he himself was a dynamic man.He always proved where there is a will, there is a way and gave us another dimension to look at our life. His day-to-day activities reflected his deep commitment to his liberal values. He was not only a great human being who loved his Mother India for everything in the world, but also a humble man with a desire to change the nation. In a nutshell, his life and writings inspire me to be a global citizen; a citizen who is humble and hard headed; a citizen who is always there for his country and for all the needy people. JAI HIND!
