Day 1 - Holiday Slim Down Today I kicked off my Holiday Slim Down Group with an amazing group of women who are going to lose weight this holiday season. We are focusing on healthy eating and eating the right portions for max fat loss. We are also doing a different 30 minute workout each day of the week. I wanted to give you a peak at a couple of the exercises we did today in this video. Do each exercise for 1 minute and rest 15 seconds in between each exercise. 1. Right Leg Surrender. Im using g an 8 pound weight. Feel free to go lighter or with no weight at all simply go down on your right knee then the left. Get up starting with the right knee. 2. Side Shuffle. Shuffle to the right two steps and touch the ground. Then shuffle back to the left two steps and touch the ground. 3. Left Leg Surrender. Same as #1 but start with your left leg. 4. Side Shuffle.
