Day 1: International Yoga teacher program, KYM.... After 4 years, finally, I get the chance to start the program in the lineage of Sri T. Krishnamacharya. An opportunity, not to be missed. Eventhough, the talks about exams and tests and the grading scares the heck out of me....yup...old trigger...from my school days. I still find it fascinating to go onto such a special journey, where we get the chance of catching a glimpse of the deep philosophy of Yoga. Its roots and its evolution....A journey, that can be shared with more people and yet...so unique, to each own. My main focus is to integrate the information to my own being...as, once again, today, the teachers stipulated; Yoga is to understand yourself, to a much more deeper level than before. It is going to be long days with a lot to take in and a lot to go through. So far, I am enjoying, all that it brings.
