Day 1 of 3 Day Refresh Challenge ... It was a crazy day and I dont honestly know why I decided to start today! After all the planning and prepping - I was able to stick with the meals and got through this tough day. What made it tough is how our planned brisk walk by San Diego bay turned into a family night in San Diego downtown. The smell of delicious food from restaurants along the bay were so tempting, plus watching my kids eat their New York cheese pizza made it so hard to stick with my meal plans. But through it all, I endured. Here was my meal for the day. Breakfast (more like brunch) @ 12 noon: Shakeology with 1/2 medium banana. Snack 1 @ 2 pm: Fiber sweep (the drink I hate the most) Lunch @ 4 pm: vanilla shake with 2/3 c blueberries, carrots and hummus Snack 2 @ 6 pm: broccoli and hummus Dinner @ 8 pm: vanilla shake with a packet of stevia, steamed green beans.
