Day 1 of 3 Positives. 1. Celebrating Blaykes 9th Birthday with him and realising what a good job me and Danny Fisher are doing with our children. 2. Teaching Tonights class and seeing everyone getting #Fitter #Leaner #Stronger. Makes me happy knowing I am helping people achieve this. 3. Just finishead work and had a shot with Blaykes basketball, and straight through net on my 1st shot. Cant wait to see what day 2 brings.
