Day 1 of, 3 paintings for 5 days! Thanks for the nomination Robin! Now for some reason I believe this is about posting archived work, so Im going back to my photographic days when I lugged around a 4x5 view camera and was making gelatin silver prints in the darkroom. All those years of photographing in black and white really shapes my work today. These photographs are from Nepal and Tibet - the Himalaya is magic to me...I cant get enough. The first photo is from my first trip in 1993 of a village called Jong; the second is a view of Nuptse with Everest in the top left corner,1997; the third is of pilgrim girls from Amdo, Tibet, 2000.
