Snack- passion fruit danio yogurt Lunch- chicken carrots and broccoli water and fibre and vits 2nd snack-oat cake and pineapple cottage cheese. Dinner will be toffee apple and cinnamon shake thermo tea and fibre and vit tabs đ Lets do this 2 months till Ibiza!!!
