Day 1 of my Advocare 24 day challenge went better than expected, but heres some thoughts: 1. Spark is as amazing as everyone says. Especially fruit punch, it tastes like Kool Aid. 2. Drinking the herbal cleanse is what I imagine vomiting backwards feels like, but despite the texture, its not an awful flavor. 3. I might die from choking on an OmegaPlex capsule before I achieve my desired results. Other than that, smooth sailing! Should be an interesting month.
