Day 1 of the Central East Regionals is in the books and its been a mixed bag today. ALL athletes competed fiercely. A little heartbreak in the second WOD dropped the team almost 11 spots to 22nd place. But tomorrow holds some great potential to move back up in the standings. Meanwhile Alyssa Ritchey torched the workouts today finishing in 3rd place overall! Highlighted by the entire arena cheering for her as she successfully attempted and completed 3 full lengths of the building! Only one athlete in the world so far has walked farther. Cant wait for tomorrow!
