Day 1 of the new fitnesscamp cycle. At the start of each fitness camp cycle I always sit down and think about what it is that I want to achieve over the next 4 weeks. Personally for me I have months were I am happy to go into maintenance and allow for a few cheeky wines and sometimes I go into all out kick butt, burn fat mode. Regardless I always set goals - if you dont know what your trying to achieve how will you ever know when you get there.
