Day 1 was a quick session: just over 75 minutes. Several of our kids swam back to back events with 5 or so minutes rest, but we swam extremely well. 63% lifetime best swims over the session, including at least one lifetime best for every swimmer. Emma Keen earned a pair of new BB cuts (400IM/500FR), Bryan Thompson earned a BB in his 500FR; Miko Rutledge, Paris James, and Grant Hearne all earned B cuts in their 400 IM. Parents: the pool deck is chilly! Bring some warm clothes and shoes for your swimmer to wear on the pool deck between events.
