Day 10 *Triangle push ups: 15-20 reps hands in position of a triangle and so a push-up bringing chest to hands *supermans:20 reps. Opposite leg and arm extend straight put keeping core right. Go up from elbows to hands for a harder workout *curl to press 20 reps *Front and side raises: 10 reps *Russian twists: 20 reps with or without weight. Feet off the ground for more difficulty *Pec fly: 15 reps. Added difficulty perform on a bench so you have added depth. Jog a lap or jumping jacks for 60 seconds. Repeat 3-5 times #FREEDOMFITNESS
