Day 10: #YouCanDoYoga November challenge. Side plank. This is for strengthening your shoulders, obliques (love handles bye bye) its a work pose so dont worry if you start off modified then work your way up. Since My Second Om showed the kneeling version. I will show the more advanced versions. From a plank, walk your right foot over to your left. On an exhale lift your right side so your arm reaches to the sky. If you are fully ready for stacked legs you will see me move my right foot in front of me for a little help. Hold 3-5 breaths. Then repeat on the other side. Rest a moment between if needed.
