Day 10 of #NewYearNewShape is Down Dog Cross Body Climbers or the pose is Plank Starting off in downward facing dog, lift one leg up to the sky. Simultaneously come forward into a plank while bringing your knee to the opposite elbow. Then push straight back into down dog. Do on the other side. This yogi mountain climber variation targets your shoulders, core and obliques. Alternate sides for 20-30 reps total for 3 sets to really feel the burn!!
