Day 10 of #calisthenicsmachines With hosts @sensei_barsparta @Ulrich_calisthenics Dragon Flies Find and bench of some sort or and object comparable. Lay on your back. Lift your lower body straight up using the core. You should be on the upper back. Lower down bring the body straight across and not allowing the lower back to make contact with the bench. Repeat until failure for multiple rounds. Be sure to breathe and dont hold the breathe. Be sure to check in with @Ulrich_calisthenics for tomorrows challenge and @sensei_barsparta for the day after.
