Day 10 of thankfulness: Today I am thankful for Gods wisdom, provision, and the time to become more frugal along with eating better. It dawned on me as my son asked me to make him some homemade waffles.. Not only are the waffles homemade, but so is the applesauce in them along with the syrup. :) I really feel good about this. This journey was started later in life, but I am thankful for all the progress in just a short time. It is something I can pass on to my children. My hope is Julien will become very good at knowing and understanding self sufficiency along with eating better. I am not sure what Mikayla will take with her, but at least she is eating good. I have a lot more to go as I continually eliminate my grocery buys, but the good thing is I am always learning and growing in this area of my life. It would be great to eliminate and know how to make everything we would normally buy at the store. One day at a time, one item at a time..
