Day 10 was yesterday!!! I am so thrilled with the results- my husband lost 10 pounds and I lost 11 pounds and over 8 inches from my waist to my thighs!!! I knew that weight loss was a benefit however I was more interested in getting back my energy and being able to sleep better at night. Which I am happy to report that happened as well. I have struggled with the lack of stamina and not being able to sleep for quite some time. I was diagnosed with breast cancer last June and what my body went through I knew that a detox was necessary but I didnt know which type to choose. I kept seeing random posts from friends who were actually doing their own 10 day GSC and I have to admit I became somewhat of a stalker and waited anxiously for the next post since I wasnt a member of the group. The stories engaged me and after a brief text exchange with a friend I bought the book and joined the group. I had already changed the way I was eating since my diagnosis but this put a whole new perspective on being healthy. Thank you JJ Smith you truly are a brilliant woman and I look forward to the day I can meet you face to face.
