Day 11 - Still very excited with this challenge. I havent been in a gym and havent actually hung on a proper exercising bar for the first 10 days. But I have managed to move, quite a lot, daily. And I love it. For the next 10 days, I will try an experiment by adding some spice to my Hang Challenge. => On 10 hours of the day, every hour, I will perform the following ritual : 30 Handstand + 3 rounds of (30 hang variations + 12 squats + 6 pushups) + 30 Handstand. The whole ritual shouldnt last more than 5 in total. The goal is to practice readiness. Being ready to mobilize muscles and execute functional movement several time throughout the day. The total each day will be : 360 squats, 180 push ups, 15 hang, 10 handstand. The ritual will be performed at 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9am (can be any time during each hour) as well as 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9pm. These rituals will come as an addition to my loaded morning walk at 5:30am and daily workout at 1pm. Lets see how it works... The video shows the 1st round of set#4 for today, performed at 8:50am.
