Day 11. I am positive, of course I am. 1. I am grateful our daughters did not elope like I did. Now I am really filled with remorse because I deprived my papang of this wonderful tradition. (thanks for the link Dot) 2. Grateful for a heartwarming story about Joan Rivers from my nephew Paolo Liloc. One morning, I was asked to accompany a celebrity thru airport security. I only knew of her thru TV and media and so upon meeting her, I braced for impact, expecting a demanding interaction. Joan Rivers was not what I expected. She was patient, kind and gracious. She talked with me as if I were an old friend, and on parting sent me along with a small token of thanks to give to my mother. She told me I had made her morning. Rest in Peace, Joan Rivers. I will remember your kindness and always try to share that same energy. 3. Apparently I am noble as well wooot wooooot! Gratitude is the sign of noble souls.
