Day 11: Im out of shape!! Lol Chase and I went for a bike ride tonight (and now we live on a slope yay me lol) I didnt do too bad for my first ride in a long while but man am I sore! I have done all the yo-yo diets, had a personal trainer, tried boot camps, several gyms,etc. Its seriously mind over matter for me and I get a little better each time. ;) My main goal in this go-around is to make small changes (which weve already begun) and to be more active with my kids and take advantage of every opportunity. What do they say? We have to MAKE time for exercise right? Well tonights bike ride with my son was perfect dual purpose, we bonded and exercised! Ive started taking a 5:30am class (when I can get myself out of bed lol) and at soccer practices instead of sitting and watching Im going to jam to my iPod and taking laps. ;) (chase already noticed and said good job mom I saw you go around 2 x lol which was only a little under a mike but baby steps lol) Any who, heres to picking myself up and starting again with the my own weight kids saga! You can do it too! To quote my friend Sam Fornelli no excuses!! Dont give up! ;)
