Day 11 of work in a row. We got our snow storm. I am back to the snow removal crew full time. Shoveled to keep hilly walking paths cleared for 12 hours. At first I would shovel and then salt, but as the storms intensity ramped up, it soon became apparent salting was a waste of salt. LOL, my right elbow and shoulder are sore. 30-35 MPH on 104 West from Ontario to Irondequoit coming home only to find my driveway buried when I got home. Had to shovel another hour to get my car off the road and into my driveway. We sure got more snow at home than at work. Carhartt jacket, bibs and boots were soaked and my feet were wet. Threw it all in the dryer so I could start dry today. Drive slow and safe my NY friends!
