Day 114: My Promise So today is going to be a good day , a great day. Because we say it is. Because we decide for ourselves it is. That God will conquer whatever we face today. And we give Him thanks. Back on Day 109 I posted about my meetings with the Pastor every Tuesday at 1 pm. And that last Tuesday he not so much as questioned me as I was to ask myself these two questions before I left and give him the answers today: 1. Is your heart REALLY right with God? 2. What do you need to eliminate in your life? Tough questions. Opens doors. Doors we may not want to open, but is necessary and vital to enhance our relations with God. To fully and honestly evaluate yourself and your life and see what needs eliminated to draw you nearer to Jesus. I also asked for whom ever to do this with me. You don’t have to respond or post. Do it however you want. But you have a few hours to ponder. I will add to this post after our meeting. I will tell you my answers and his responses. I will tell you the questions I had and his answers. I think I have opened myself in prior posts, not that I necessarily wanted to but felt to share hoping at least one person can relate. When you open yourself up, one also has to be prepared to take criticism, good and bad, and turn into motivation to improve on an area in your life. So think about these two questions. Write down you answers, and your questions. I know I have a few.
