Day 116 Month 5 Day 4 Stretch/Yoga This morning I started my stretches but just had not motivation to do it. I broke down and just gave up, but I made a call to someone and learned some happy news that brought back my motivation and I stretched and nearly did a front split! Did todays yoga with strong arms throughout the whole thing and found the new dancers pose easier than i expected. Oh do I feel good today! Running: This weeks running has gone down the drain. Ive not gone for a walk, let alone a run. I thought of starting over on monday to make up for it but I decided No. I will start it again, yes, but its count will be the same as what I am on today. So Today I will do Week 1 Day 4 and continue to do it from here. This way I make up for what was lost, and the count becomes easier as its being the same with both workout and run. Week 1 Day 4 is intruupted by animal control and I need to get an invisible fence for my dogs.
