Day 12 - is a continuation of Veterans day of Thankfulness. As we walked thru the Atlanta Airport and then when we landed in Baltimore. The Veterans were headed home from a Veterans day weekend in in DC seeing the memorials. Every time they were seen, the people in the airports started clapping and saluting. It brought tears to my eyes. As we walked out of BWI and passed them Hubby and i thanked them for their service. One gentleman wearing a Korean Vet hat, said to me Why thank you young lady, you made my day I said back, Well Sir, you have made my day and I thank you for your service, God Bless then to see a young solider, in his BDUs stop, put his back pack down, and stand and salute the older veterans as they were either walking by or wheeled by, brought a tear to my heart. That is what I am thankful for today.
