Day 12: I am thankful for the financial support for Sweet Nectar Society by friends, family and those I have yet to meet. YOU make providing lasting memories to families possible! When families receive their books, canvas enlargements, prints, digital images, and see their child as beautiful as can be- it is such a blessing. I was told today by a mother that she only has one photograph of her son who is 5 years old. Her son is on hospice care- you better believe the smiles that were captured are more valuable to her than gold. YOU are making it possible for the Sweet Eats Family Room to provide meals to parents of children who are being treated on the oncology unit at CHCC. We have been told that it is not uncommon for parents to not want to leave the bedside of their child or not have the funds needed to get themselves food in the cafeteria, the food provided is needed and appreciated. I am thankful YOU believe in Sweet Nectar Society and The Sweet Eats Program, In Memory of Hendrix Wille- Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
