Day 12 and 13 of the 2015 ACE Breeding Inspection and Assessment Tour in Victoria. After a very cold (to freezing) and early (ish) start to a long Australia Day yesterday (Monday the 26th), we were invited to assess the 2014 generation of Coldstream Park, where we were able to award 2 Premium Ribbons. Congratulations to W. Ansell and her Team at Coldstream. As we traveled north, we had a lovely stud stop at Yan Yean (another Premium Ribbon awarded to L. Verbela and an ACE Mare Studbook 1 entry) and continued our way to Cloverfern at Riddels Creek. A big thank you for the use of these outstanding facilities once again and a huge Congratulation to the breeder and owners presenting at Cloverfern, receiving a Premium Award as well as an ACE Mare Studbook 1 entry and an Elite Award. Last stop for the Monday was at Roseglen Farm, where we have not only had ponies for the Australian Sports Pony Register - ACE but we were also able to assess and record ponies for the Westphalian Pony Studbook in Germany as well as the ASPR. Today, on Tuesday the 27th or day 13 we have continued our way north, starting at Nungarra Warmbloods, awarding 3 Premium ribbons. Congratulations to the Team at Nungarra! The next stop found us at Jazdan Park Warmblood Stud, where we not only assessed two Australian Warmblood ACE colts but also had the pleasure of assessing an Australian Hanoverian filly foal, who has received the outstanding conformation score of 87.00% and a movement score of 80.50%, which ends in a final score of 83.75% - again a huge congratulations to Kylie and Andrew Beesley for breeding this filly and thank you for presenting her during the 2015 ACE Breeding Inspection and Assessment Tour! (Please note, being a Hanoverian AUS filly, she was presented HC, she will not participate in the 2015 ACE Tour Awards). A big congratulations also to the breeder and presenter of the Palomino Filly Cooramin Glitterati, an ACE registered Pony, who was bred by Cooramin Sporthorses (H. Ip) and presented by J. Borella. We are very much looking forward to tomorrow – the 14th day of this Tour and the last day in Victoria.
