Day 12 of Fitness, a day late. The final challenge. Four exercises done in a circuit: Dive Bomber Push-Ups Mountain Climbers High Knees 1.5 Squats First circuit, do each exercise for 60 seconds, then move directly onto the next with no pauses. After youve done them all, rest for 60 seconds. Second circuit, do each exercise for 45 seconds, rest at the end for 60 seconds. Third circuit, do each exercise for 30 seconds, rest for 60 seconds. Finally, do each exercise for 15 seconds. Dive Bomber Push-Ups can be done from the knees to dial back the intensity. Mountain climbers can be done with hands elevated to make them easier. For high knees, just get your knees up as high as you can. It doesnt matter if it isnt as high as other people can do. Just do what you can. For 1.5 squats, you do a full squat, rise about halfway and then sink back down. Rise fully. Thats one rep. First pic is the full dive-bomber. The second photo is the easier modification of that move. The third is Mountain climbers. The last is high knees. I honestly couldnt find any photos that demonstrated the 1.5 squat well, so if you cant figure it out by my description, use your google fu!
