Day 12 of the 45 Day Race Prep Prpgramme... 3.5hr Run with last hour at Marathon Pace. Let me just start by saying that doing this after last nights 40km this was hard as.... My legs were heavy for the first 5km and then i settled in. The last hour i was really pushing it too just to stay under 6km... This run consisted also of stopping for 3min every 10km which is what i will be doing in the race in oder to refuel and recharge then off on the loop track again. Im also hoping that it will give me something to look forward to after 8-9hrs ha ha.
