Day +125: The last two blood tests not much has changed. Platelets have slowed and are hovering around the 100 mark. As they say no news is good news. We are still in the steriod reduction phase and hopefully will cure the steriod induced diabetes. The Dr said the steriods can unmask underlying diabetes so another time will tell issue. It is great to see the radiation and chemo damage to Damiens nails almost grown out. Like rings on a tree it really shows what damage is done to kill the leukaemia. We are missing so many of the gang that had transplant around the same time at day onc but happy they are doing so well they dont need the high level monitoring we are still on.
