You can do it 2 or 3 times if you want!! 1 Minute Front Plank on elbows Side Planks each side 30sec 1 Minute Front Plank up on Arms not elbows 1 Minute Flutter Kicks- Hands go underneath of you. Straight legs little kicks. 1 Minute Scissor Kicks- Hands go underneath of you. Straight legs crisscrossing. 1 Minute Bicycle 1 Minute Sitting up and twisting side to side. 1 Minute Sitting up bringing legs out and in. Hands can be back to support you or up to your sides.
