Day 13 YHH Ab Challenge!! Leg to Hip Extensions Keys: Suck the stomach in tight, (pull the navel into the spine) especially as you fatigue! I keep my entire body, (core/hips/legs) contracted and lever my legs up, and then switch to a full hip extension. Think of stacking feet, hips and chest in one line, keeping shoulder blades touching the floor. Do not let belly stick out at the top or as you lower down.
