Day 13 #buttchallenge #reggiecfitness ***This week we are increasing the time of the exercises to 45 seconds! Lets keep up the great work! 1. 5 Pulse Squats + Front Kick ***4 sets at 45 seconds per leg 2. Single Leg Reverse Raise ***4 sets at 45 seconds per leg 3. 1 Leg Chair Bridge ***4 sets at 45 seconds per leg 4. Reverse Lunge + Leg Lift ***4 seconds at 45 seconds per leg >>>Complete 1 set for each exercise and proceed to the next exercise without any rest. After completing all four exercises for the first round rest for 1 minute (if needed) and complete the remaining 3 rounds for each exercise. By the end of the four rounds you should have completed 4 sets of each exercise. If the exercise is a single leg exercise complete 4 sets for each leg.
