Day 132-- Cylee Report: Cylee, Peggy and I started the day off rough as Cylee continues to struggle to breathe!!!! However, our day has ended well. God sent Cylee a great night nurse this evening who has made Cylees breathing better. She has some wisdom about positioning and oxygen pressure, etc. This will allow Cylees little body to sleep and rest tonight. Cylee is still in ICU which I am thankful for. I did not think she was ready to be moved to the normal cardiac floor and the cardiologist agreed. Peggy has been such a blessing to me. She keeps me calm and interprets what the doctors are saying; I am learning lots! Thank you, God, for my friend Peggy!! God knew this is the week she needed to be here with Cylee, Clary and me. I got to hold Cylee for a bit this evening. We sang and gave Eskimo kisses. I finally heard a loud cry from her today. Yes, I am thankful for a loud cry because this means her voice box is getting healed and stronger. Baby steps in Gods timing! CJ1 and me spent most of the day at the hospital. Clary Jo loves the very nice hospital playrooms available for her to play in. Clary Jo keep saying Cylees heart is broken and I keep trying to teach her that Jesus and the doctors have fixed Cylees heart! I guess Clary thought she would check for herself!!! (pic)
