Day 136: Happy Birthday, my darling boy! Do you know if there was a photo next to happiness in the dictionary, it would be of you? You are the most easy-going, loving, cuddly baby Ive known, and it thrills me to the core youre in our lives. This year has passed much too quickly for any of our liking, but as the days and weeks have flown, youve been busy taking in the world around you, growing and learning and responding in kind. You delight in just about everything and everyone around you. You ARE a delight. The one thing I want you to know most on this first birthday is that you are a delight, most of all, to God. He looks at you and is exceedingly pleased with His design, and the beautiful heart that beats inside it. If you let it beat for Him throughout your life, He will carry you through every happiness and heartbreak. Hell be everything you need. It is a joy and privilege to be your Mimmie.
