Its definitely okay to have a treat or a latte every now and then, but its the daily consumption of these that could be keeping you from reaching your goals. Take note of how you are feeling in that specific moment - stress, energy levels, lack of sleep, etc.- and become aware of how your emotions and feelings influence the food that you consume.
